The site is allocated for approximately 100 homes (C3)

Requirements

  • Green corridors and linkages to habitats outside of the site, given the site's proximity to greenfield, natural floodplain, SNCI and SSSI
  • Achieve flood risk betterment, appropriate mitigation and flood risk management, and have regard to the recommendations of the Level 2 SFRA
  • Avoid development in flood zone 3 (high risk)
